Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We have a no-return, refund, or exchange policy once your order is placed. I do not accept returns due to the nature of your jewelry being handmade with your personal inclusions. Each piece is completely unique to the customer and no two will ever be alike. I do not issue refunds or accept exchanges once your order is placed. I order your jewelry setting directly after your order is placed, and that jewelry setting cannot be re-sold to anyone else.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
